The Azalai rug, part of our new Atlas Collection takes its motifs from an old Moroccan kilim that I came across on my travels. We’ve reworked them in a simple, natural palette, using a mix of jute and wool. The word Azalai takes its name from the old caravan routes that crossed the Sahara which I felt rather suited this rug. Designed in Wiltshire, handwoven in India.
70% jute, 30% wool.
