We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days in the UK mainland. International orders are typically delivered within a week but may take up to 21 business days.

It's important to us that you are happy with your rug. We do accept returns within 14 days of purchase and are happy to give a full refund providing that the rugs are not damaged nor marked. Unfortunately we can not reimburse the cost of returning it to us.
